Happy Birthday Son! Today is your 5th Birthday! My GOSH you have grown!



I still remember when you would lay in my lap and fit perfectly.

Brandon had an AWESOME birthday at Pump It Up in Elkridge. The people there to great care of us and all of Brandon's friends from daycare had a great time there. The best moment is a tie between (a) when they called all the boys forward to line up behind Brandon, and 3 came forward, then they called all the girls forward and about 10 came up...the 'guide' said "Boy, I know what *you* have been doing at school!" and (b) Brandon sitting in an inflated throne opening presents while all the kids excitedly asked that he open their presents next.

Prior to the party Brandon made me include his party in his prayers at night, praying that his friends would come and have a good time. He actually never really started the whole "I want this, I want that for my birthday" bit; instead he told us what he wanted to give his his friends He told us how he wants the boys to have Spiderman gift bags and the girls to have Princess gift bags. He even helped us pick out the toys for the gift bags. THAT is the kind of boy we have.

Happy Birthday Son. I am looking forward to watching you grow into the man I know you can be.
